Sveriges Ingenjörer

The Swedish Association of Graduate Engineers is Sweden’s largest network for engineers with higher education. With 188,000 members, the organisation plays a central role in matters relating to the labour market, collective agreements and engineers’ working conditions. Its target audience ranges from students to professionals and decision-makers. This places high demands on digital services that inform, engage and provide tangible value in members’ everyday lives.

For several years, we have developed and maintained Ingenjören, the organisation’s digital member magazine. We have also developed Ingenjörskompassen, a service that helps engineers and students understand the labour market. By making historical data from the Swedish Public Employment Service more accessible, visitors can track how demand for different roles, skills and qualities changes over time, providing clearer insight for anyone facing a career choice, a skills development initiative or a choice of study programme.

Alongside the larger public-facing services, we support the Swedish Association of Graduate Engineers with smaller, practical tools for communication and member engagement. Among other things, we have built a QR code generator and link shortener used in mailings, printed materials and at trade fairs.
