Signum Fastigheter

Signum Fastigheter wanted to create a clearer digital experience for a home-buying journey that often stretches over a long period of time. From the first expression of interest to move-in, several years can pass, which places high demands on communication, trust and easy access to the right information throughout the process.

We helped Signum create a new WordPress-based website that brought together housing projects, the buying process and the brand story in a more coherent experience. The site was built to grow with each project, from early teasers and sales launches to more detailed information about homes, price lists, documents, images and material choices. The work was based on the new positioning “Schysstare bostadsköp” and the goal of making the path to a new home simpler and more transparent.

A central part of the solution was a logged-in customer area. There, buyers could follow their future home, see the current status of the process, find important documents, access information about the home, the area, selected design lines and options, and get in touch with the right person. The result was a website that worked both as a sales tool and as long-term support for the customer relationship, with better control over information and a more reassuring experience for the buyer.
