The startup Hyber wanted to offer families a smarter way to access high-quality children’s clothing through rental packages for items such as jackets, rainwear and boots, all professionally repaired and reconditioned for reuse. The model made it easy for parents to change sizes as their children grew, while also reducing both costs and environmental impact.

To help them reach the market quickly, we supported their CTO with flexible development resources that could be scaled up or down depending on needs throughout the development process. This enabled the team to move quickly, stay focused on product priorities and avoid long-term staffing commitments.

We adapted their WordPress and WooCommerce solution to support a rental-based business model, including tracking clothing circulation, reconditioning workflows and package administration. The result was a platform tailored to Hyber’s unique operations, enabling them to launch faster and focus on growing their member base.
