After several municipal organizations were merged into the new Uppsala Arenor och Fastigheter, the company brought together hundreds of employees responsible for managing arenas, sports facilities, public buildings, cultural venues, and large real-estate portfolios across the city. With teams spread across locations and work areas, they needed a better way to stay connected, share information, and access the knowledge required for daily operations.

To support this, we developed a dedicated mobile intranet app that gives every employee quick access to essential tools and information. The app includes a complete contact directory with roles, work areas, and direct communication details, along with internal news, updates, and easy access to shared documents and files. Employees can also browse information about all the facilities and sites the organization manages, helping staff understand the full scope of the company’s operations.

The solution integrates seamlessly with their existing Microsoft Active Directory for secure login and user management, and it includes a simple backend for administrators to manage news, documents, and user information. The result is a modern internal platform that helps bring colleagues closer together and makes daily collaboration smoother across the entire organization.
