Oaklins operates as a global M&A advisory group, with teams in over 40 countries collaborating closely to deliver the best possible outcomes for their clients. As their international presence continued to grow, they needed a digital foundation that could support local autonomy while maintaining a consistent global brand experience.
We built a WordPress multisite setup that allows each country and office to run its own localized website — complete with language adaptations, regional content, and the flexibility to tailor messaging to local markets. At the same time, shared global components make it easy to distribute company-wide content and maintain visual and structural coherence across all sites. As new offices open around the world, new sites can be added in minutes, keeping pace with Oaklins’ expansion.
To reduce manual work and ensure consistency, selected content such as case studies and employee profiles is automatically synchronized from their internal systems. This eliminates duplication of effort and ensures that every office benefits from up-to-date, high-quality material. The result is a scalable, efficient platform that supports Oaklins’ global collaboration and helps present a unified brand to clients everywhere.
